Recipe of the Month:

 Ingredients:

  • Toothpicks
  • Button Mushrooms (Washed) / Cherries
  • Streaky Bacon/Macon

 Method:

  • Prepare this “Delicious” appetizer by taking your toothpicks and pressing one button mushroom/cherry at a time on the  toothpick and wrapping it with a piece of the streaky bacon/macon, making sure that each wrap are pushed thru the ends of the toothpick in order to cover the mushroom.
  • Braai these snacks until the bacon/macon are done according to your taste.
  • The snacks can be prepared straight on the grid before the main course as a appetizer.
